TERMS OF SERVICE
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled workshop are eligible for store credit only.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are not eligible for refunds or store credit except in the event the spot can be filled from a waitlist, which then the original registrant with be eligible for store credit only.
Transfers
- Registrations are non-transferable.
- In limited cases, a transfer request may be reviewed if submitted in writing to aloha@palaihawaii.com at least 7 business days before the workshop. If approved, additional information may be required an a confirmation will be sent via email.
No-Shows
- Participants who do not attend the workshop and have not canceled in accordance with the policy will be marked as no-shows.
- No refunds or store credit will be issued for no-shows.
Chargebacks
By booking a workshop, you agree to these terms of service. In the event of a payment dispute, this policy and the customer’s agreement will be submitted as evidence.
